At Evergreen Lawn Care, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with a service we've provided, we want to make it right.

One-Time Services

If you are not satisfied with the quality of a one-time service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will either re-service your lawn at no additional charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Recurring Plans (Bi-Weekly & Weekly)

Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Here's how refunds work for recurring plans:

Weather-Related Cancellations

If we are unable to perform a scheduled service due to severe weather, we will reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for that visit.
