Agreement to Terms

By booking a service through Evergreen Lawn Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Services

Evergreen Lawn Care provides residential lawn mowing and blowing services in the Citrus Springs, Florida area. Our services include standard lawn mowing, blowing of clippings from driveways and walkways, and general cleanup of the serviced area.

Service Area

We currently service the following areas in Citrus County, Florida: Crystal River, Inverness, Homosassa, Lecanto, Citrus Springs, Floral City, and Beverly Hills. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage area.

Booking & Payment

• All bookings are made through our website and processed via Stripe.
• One-time services are charged at the time of booking.
• Recurring plans (bi-weekly and weekly) are billed monthly on the date of your first payment.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Scheduling

We will make every effort to service your lawn on the preferred day you selected during booking. However, scheduling may be adjusted due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Property Access

By booking a service, you grant Evergreen Lawn Care permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. Please ensure:

• Gates are unlocked or access instructions are provided
• Pets are secured or kept inside during service
• Personal items, toys, and debris are removed from the lawn before our arrival

Cancellations

• One-time services may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.
• Recurring plans may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be eligible for a refund.

Liability

Evergreen Lawn Care is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to lawns, landscaping, or property
• Damage to items left on the lawn (sprinklers, hoses, toys, etc.)
• Damage caused by hidden hazards (rocks, stumps, holes, etc.)

If you believe our crew caused damage during a service visit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess and address the situation.

Yard Size

Our standard pricing applies to residential yards up to 1/4 acre. For larger properties, we will provide a custom quote. If we arrive and determine the yard is larger than expected, we reserve the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for more details.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
