Pricing & Estimates

How does pricing work? +
Pricing is a flat rate based on your lot size, and we give you your exact price up front at a free on-site estimate — no obligation. Choose weekly or bi-weekly recurring service, and we'll confirm your rate at the estimate.
How much does lawn service cost? +
Pricing is a flat rate based on your lot size. You'll get your exact price at your free on-site estimate — no guessing, no surprises.
Is there a sign-up fee or any hidden costs? +
None. You get a flat rate with no sign-up fees, equipment fees, or hidden costs — and we confirm your exact price at your free estimate before any work.
What's included in every visit? +
Every visit includes three things: a full mow at the right height for Florida grass, trim and edge along all fences, beds, driveways, and sidewalks, and a full blowout of all clippings from your driveway, walkways, and porch. All three on every visit — no à la carte, no add-ons.

Scheduling & Service

Do I need to be home when you mow? +
Nope. As long as we have access to your yard, you're all set. If there's a gate, leave it unlocked or include the code in your booking notes. We'll let you know when we're done.
How do I pick my service day? +
When you book, you'll choose your preferred start date from a calendar. We'll schedule your recurring visits from there. If you ever need to reschedule a specific visit, just call us at (352) 462-0627 or reach out before your service day.
What happens if it rains on my service day? +
Florida rain is part of the job — we work through light rain all the time. If conditions are unsafe or the yard is too saturated to mow properly, we'll reschedule you to the next available day and let you know ahead of time.
How often will you mow? +
We offer weekly and bi-weekly service. In Florida's growing season, weekly is usually the better choice to keep things looking sharp. You can set your frequency when you book, and change it anytime.

Billing & Cancellation

When do I get charged? +
We charge after each completed visit — not upfront. You'll be billed to the card on file within 24 hours of your service, at the flat rate we confirmed at your free estimate.
How do I pay? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card is stored securely and charged automatically after each visit. No need to be home to pay or tip in cash.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees, ever. Cancel from your customer profile or call us at (352) 462-0627 and we'll take care of it immediately. We only ask that you give us a heads-up before your next scheduled visit.
What's your refund policy? +
If you're unhappy with a visit, contact us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-do it for free. If we can't make it right, we'll refund that visit. See our full Refund Policy for details.

We serve Citrus, Marion, and Hernando counties in Florida — including Crystal River, Inverness, Lecanto, Beverly Hills, and Citrus Springs (Citrus County), Ocala, Dunnellon, and surrounding areas (Marion County), and parts of Hernando County.
